We want you to be happy with your purchase!

In addition to your right to return goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive, we are very happy to exchange any item where the colour or design isn't quite what you expected.

Just post it back within 7 days. Please enclose a copy of the Packing Note, or quote the order number, stating whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Returns
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Please enclose a copy of the Packing Note, or quote the order number, when returning an item.
Your refund will be paid within 3 working days of the receipt of the returned goods.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Exchanges
In addition to your right to return an order, if you wish to exchange an item, for any reason, we will be very happy to do so.
Post the item(s) back to us with a note of what you would like in exchange. Please enclose a copy of the packing note, or include the order number in your request.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. We will pay the postage back to you, up to a maximum of 3 separate exchanges per order.

Any goods returned must be in saleable condition.
