Dry Cool Buff
Protects from: sunlight/UVA rays and dust
Features: Fast-drying. 95% protection from UV rays. Highly breathable fabric.
Made with: seamless tubular Coolmax® and 3M ScotchliteTM
Seamless, tubular, Dry-Cool Buff® is made with Coolmax® Extreme fabric and is ideal for use in warm/sunny climates or during the hottest months of the year.
Coolmax® Extreme is engineered with a special four channel fibre for state-of-the-art moisture management properties which allows the fast absorption and drying of body moisture while giving 95% protection from UV rays. Standard Dry-Cool Buff® is available in the designs shown below and can incorporate two retro-reflective stripes of 3M Scotchlite™ for enhanced visibility in poor light conditions.

Fire Resistant Buff
Protects from: thermal risks of heat and/or flames
Features: Fireproof and antistatic. Certified as EPI according to EN-340. It complies with standards EN ISO 11612-08 and EN1149-5/08.
Made from: Nomex®
Fire Resistant Buff® is a tubular garment made with Nomex® and XLA™ for greater comfort. Certified as Personal Protective Equipment which protects the wearer under standards EN-340, EN ISO 11612-08 and EN1149-5/08, Fire Restistant Buff® is resistant to fire and is antistatic.
Fire Resistant Buff® is ideal for electrical, chemical, petrochemical, foundry and other industrial workers. It's also suitable for police officers, military personnel and fire fighters who also require protection from heat and flames, other thermal hazards and potentially explosive environments.
Buff® Protection products in the Fire Resistant range have obtained the EC-Type Examination Certificate in accordance with the contents of directive 89/686/EEC and in accordance with the trial procedures that are applicable according to Standards EN 340:2003 (General Requirements) , EN ISO 11612:2008 (Clothing to Protect against Heat and Flame (A1), convective heat (B1), radiating heat (C1)) and EN 1149-5:2008 Protective Clothing's Electrostatic Properties, as in Standard EN 1149-3:2004.

Thermal Polar Buff
Protects from: cold
Features: Maintains body temperature in cold weather.
Made with: Thermolite ®, Polartec® and 3M Scotchlite™
Polar Buff® is made from a seamless tube of Thermolite® sewn to a tube of Polartec® fleece fabric. This clever combination of fabrics helps to combat heat loss and thus maintain body temperature in low temperatures
Standard Polar Buff® is available in the designs shown below and can incorporate two retro-reflective stripes of 3M Scotchlite™ for enhanced visibility in poor light conditions.

Thermal Buff

Features: Able to maintain body temperature. Breathable fabric.
Made with: Thermolite® and 3M Scotchlite™
Seamless, tubular Thermal Buff® is made with Thermolite®, an excellent insulating fabric, manufactured from hollow-core fibres. It also wicks body moisture away from the skin to help maintain body temperature and wearer comfort in cold weather.
Standard Thermal Buff® is available in the designs shown below and can incorporate two retro-reflective stripes of 3M Scotchlite™ for enhanced visibility in poor light conditions.

Made with: Thermolite®, Polartec®, Windstopper® and 3M Scotchlite®.
Windproof Buff® is made from a tube of Windstopper® fabric with a Polartec® lining sewn to a double layer of Thermolite®. This double layer of fabrics traps air between the garment and the wearer's skin which means Windproof Buff® offers the wearer optimum wind protection with insulation. |
